By accessing our website you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms you may not access the website or purchase from us.

Snatched is a hair removal brand operated by The Snatched Team. Our products are designed and formulated specifically for women over 50 with sensitive, mature, post-menopausal skin.

3. OUR PRODUCTS
Snatched Hair Removal Cream is available exclusively at simplesnatched.com.
We do not sell on Amazon. We do not sell on eBay. We have no authorised third party sellers on any marketplace platform. Any listing found on Amazon, eBay or any other third party platform using our name, our branding or our product images is not us and we cannot verify the contents of those products.
If you have purchased what you believed to be Snatched from any platform other than simplesnatched.com please stop using the product and contact us at support@simplesnatched.com.
We make every effort to display our products accurately including images, descriptions and ingredients. Product images are for illustrative purposes and the actual product received may vary slightly from images shown.
4. ORDERS AND PAYMENT
By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and that all information provided is accurate and complete.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion including where we believe an order has been placed fraudulently or in violation of these Terms.
All prices are displayed in USD and are subject to change without notice. We will always confirm the price at the time of your order before processing payment.
Accepted payment methods include Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay and Union Pay.
5. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We process orders within 1 to 2 business days from our warehouses located in the United States, Europe and Asia. Your order will ship from the warehouse closest to your delivery address.
Estimated delivery time is 4 to 10 business days after dispatch depending on your location and the originating warehouse.
Every order includes a tracking number which will be emailed to you when your order is dispatched. You can track your order at simplesnatched.com/apps/trackorder.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, carrier disruptions or circumstances outside our control. Shipping timescales are estimates not guarantees.
6. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
We stand behind our product completely.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason within 60 days of receiving your order please contact us at support@simplesnatched.com and we will arrange a full refund including any shipping charges paid.
We do not require you to return the product to receive your refund. We simply ask that you give us the opportunity to understand your experience so we can continue to improve.
Refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days of approval back to your original payment method.
This guarantee applies to products purchased directly from simplesnatched.com only. We cannot process refunds for products purchased from third party sellers on any other platform.
7. PRODUCT USE AND SAFETY
Our hair removal cream is formulated for external use only. It is designed for use on the body including legs, underarms and intimate areas.
Please follow the application instructions provided with your product and available on our website.
Perform a patch test before first use, particularly if you have sensitive skin or known skin conditions.
Do not use on broken, irritated or sunburned skin.
If you experience any adverse reaction discontinue use immediately and consult a medical professional.

We cannot accept liability for reactions resulting from use of counterfeit products purchased from unauthorised sellers. The real Snatched is only available at simplesnatched.com.
